Vintage Quality 9ct White Gold, Plat & Oval Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring. Here is a really beautiful quality vintage 9ct white gold & oval cut solitaire diamond ring. The ring has a good 9ct white gold band to lovely typical solitaire setting. This setting which is oval has a lovely white real mined white diamond inset. This diamond is really beautiul, unusually oval cut which is approx 0.25ct in size although i bought this from another jeweller as a 0.30ct, i think its slightly smaller measuring approx 3.7mm by 4.7mm & firmly a four secure claw setting, with all the claws good and has a fabulous sparkle, which catches on every movement and lovely crisp clear clarity & eyebright, but as this is a early natural diamond, & with wear & age it may have minute marks, although there is nothing that i can see or certainly nothing that can be seen by the naked eye, but just mentioned for total accuracy.
The ring is very clearly marked with british hallmarks for 9ct gold and the ring is vintage and ring size of M,, see pics. At the moment the oval cut is very popular & this certainly is a lovely pretty example that is much more durable being in 9ct white gold.
This really is a beautiful vintage quality 9ct gold & diamond solitaire ring in very good origional complete condition as stated, that looks really beautiful worn and most certainly will not disapoint and a fine quality example of these with a very very pleasing oval cut diamond, that would make a very special gift. Please note in some of the pics it looks like black marks across the middle, its not carbon, its a reflection on the cut of the diamond which you will see in a couple of the pics.
