This is a brand new fine quality Oushak area rug handmade in India. This rug has a soft, thick pile that is great for high traffic areas and will last generations.

This rug is made with fine craftsmanship and quality wool. The allover modern geometric design is a hallmark of contemporary Oushak rugs, derived from antique Turkish Oushak designs that date back to the Ottoman Empire. The soft white background is host to an intricate floral and leaf tribal design in neutral shades of taupe and gray, charcoal and silver, moss green and copper. An elegant steel blue creates a thick ribbon to frame the rug with large tribal floral motifs.
